I'm Tami, greyzone's Founder. I'm a Mom, best-friend, big sister and a boss rolled into one. I have worked in the staffing and human resources management industries for over 15 years and held leadership roles at ACT 1 Personnel, SpectraLink and Bolder Professional Placements. I've also served on the boards for Workforce Boulder County, Boulder Area Human Resource Association and Colorado Talent Recruiter's Network.

I've been through life's tough questions, but I learned the hard way. Looking back I wish I had people to talk through options, get inspiration and help me make decisions. That's where greyzone comes from and that's where I can help you!

I was the girl on my dorm floor that everyone came to for help: from boyfriends to picking majors. I'm a natural networker and love to match people with resources and people. I've got great intuition, knowledge and a vast network which helps me inspire action and new ways of thinking. I want to do that for you!
