Sydney S. Zentall, Ph.D., is Professor of Educational Studies at Purdue University. Her academic degrees are from the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Zentall has published numerous scientific articles on ADHD that are related to the effects of stimulation added to social and academic tasks (i.e., the optimal stimulation theory). She is past president of the Division for Research of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and has been inducted into the Hall of Fame by Children and Adults with ADD (Ch.ADD).
