Dr. Puffer is an obstetrician and gynecologist on the medical staff at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, located in Arlington, Texas.

Dr. Puffer was born in Toronto, Ontario, and she moved to Dallas in 1992.

She attended the University of Texas in Austin for college and the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston for medical school. She completed four years of OB/GYN residency training in Dallas at Baylor University Medical Center.

Dr. Puffer and her husband are the proud parents of a baby boy. She is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the American Medical Association and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
