He is co-author of three books including The Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace. Training resources are available for businesses including the Appreciation At Work training course, the Motivating By Appreciation Inventory, and a Train-the-Trainer course.

Dr. White graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wheaton College, earned his Masters of Counseling from Arizona State University, and received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University. For the past twenty years, he has improved numerous businesses, nonprofits and government agencies by helping them “make work relationships work”.
