Patricia Mitchell, RN, CPT


Patricia Mitchell has over 30 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. She is a registered nurse with a BSN in nursing and practiced in the behavioral health field for over 10 years. Patricia has been featured as a fitness expert on many local news shows and participated in several fitness infomercials.

She has been a fitness provider presenting health and fitness workshops for continuing education credits throughout the southeast. She has been manager of several fitness facilities as well as personal training programs. Patricia is a certified personal trainer and teaches yoga, weight classes and interval training. She recently entered her first figure competition at the Southeast Bodybuilding Championship and placed in the top four.
