Niv Persaud has over 20 years business experience as a strategy and finance executive. Her experience includes management consulting, operations and sales. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and holds a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ designation. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering which established a strong foundation in her analytical and management skills.

As a Transition Planning Consultant, Niv bridges the gap between financial planning and coaching. Most financial planners coach on finances. Most coaches advise on personal or professional issues. Niv addresses all three aspects – financial, personal and professional. Her approach capitalizes on techniques she learned throughout her career, including as a management consultant and as a financial advisor. Her clients include anyone going through a transition in life - including divorce, empty-nest syndrome, sale of business, career change and seemingly countless other challenges that happen in life. During these difficult times, most people need help in defining and achieving financial, personal and professional goals. Services she provides include:

Financial Review (budget development | financial neutral in collaborative law divorces | retirement planning)

Life Strategic Planning (personal mission statement | identifying goals | action plan development)

Professional Progression (business growth strategies | career planning | work/life balance)

Niv actively gives back to the community through her volunteer efforts. She is on the Board of CCT-Atlanta, a nonprofit organization providing management consulting to other nonprofits. She is on Council and chairs the Finance Board of her church which has over 2,500 members. She is also on the Board of the Georgia Tech Women Alumnae Network.

Niv lives with her significant other in Atlanta, GA. She has three stepdaughters from her previous marriage. She believes in living life to the fullest by cherishing friendships, enjoying the beauty of nature and laughing often -- even at herself. Her favorite quote is by Erma Bombeck, “When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say ‘I used everything you gave me’.”
