Nicole Lipkin, PsyD, MBA is a business and organizational psychologist and the President of Equilibria Leadership Consulting. She is also the founder of Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services, a group psychology practice, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. She is the author of What Keeps Leaders Up At Night: Recognizing and Resolving Your Most Troubling Management Issues, released by AMACOM in 2013. She is also the co-author of the popular business and management book, Y in the Workplace: Managing the “Me First” Generation, which was released by Career Press in 2009.
