Maureen Neihart, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist with more than thirty years’ experience counseling children with special needs and their families. She is co-editor of the text, The Social and Emotional Development of Gifted Children: What do we Know? and a former member of the board of directors of the National Association for Gifted Children. Maureen lives in Singapore where she is an Associate Professor at the National Institute of Education.
