Marion Tilley is a Managing Broker at Windermere Real Estate, Yarrow Bay. She prides herself in completing ongoing education and has proudly earned the designations of: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer & Seller Representative (ABR/ASR) and she is also a Designated Short Sale Negotiator. Marion successfully ranks amongst the Top 1% of real estate agents nationally, selling 40 to 50 homes each year. Marion serves Seattle and the greater Eastside, to include Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville, Duvall, Bothell, and Mercer Island.

Marion has a simple philosophy. Since she began listing and selling homes in 1987, her primary goal has been to develop long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and mutual respect. She always put my client’s interest first, and this simple philosophy has served as the foundation for what has become a long track record of business success. Today, about 75% of Marion’s business comes from past clients and their referrals.

Marion has the knowledge and the experience. She knows providing exceptional client service involves several integral factors. First, she knows the real estate market as well as any agent. In fact, prominent bank appraisers have turned to Marion for more than a decade for analysis of trends in the market. Second, she makes a special point of staying current on all changes in real estate laws. Marion employ my knowledge of markets and the law to keep her clients educated, helping them make better real estate decisions.

Marion serves all her clients with energy, enthusiasm, and the personal enjoyment that comes from helping people sell and buy real estate. She brings to the table an upbeat, can-do attitude that is reflected in the strong and persuasive marketing programs she develops for her listed properties. Thoughtful property descriptions, expansive photo galleries, and intelligent use of internet technology together ensure that Marion’s listings receive maximal attention from the buying public — and sell at top price.
