Margaret (Peggy) J. Rucker, D.V.M. is the incoming president-elect of the Virginia Veterinary Medical Association (VVMA) and a veterinarian at Southwest Virginia Veterinary Services in Lebanon, Virginia. She graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1975. She and her husband, Bayard Rucker, D.V.M., share their home with 12 Jack Russell terriers and two standard poodles.
