Contact me for: Marriage, Family, and Individual Therapist

Maintaining relationships, being a parent and getting all you want out of life can be challenging. Finding balance can be the difference between happiness and dysfunction. In my practice, I work with you to help develop creative strategies for dealing with challenging life issues.

My clients are children, parents, couples, and families who are trying to get the most out of their relationships. Through a variety of treatment modalities, including art therapy, we can enhance self-awareness and develop coping strategies for dealing with life's challenges.

After graduating from Barnard College, Columbia University with a Bachelors in psychology and education, I attended George Washington University where I received a Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling. I am both a licensed professional counselor (LCPC) and a board certified art therapist (ATR-BC). My work as a therapist at Sheppard Pratt, Head Start in Baltimore City, and now in private practice have provided me with a broad range of experiences to provide high quality and compassionate mental health services.

In addition to talk therapy, art therapy may provide additional support for a client, especially when navigating addictions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. In a safe environment, we can work together to repair relationships, understand patterns of behavior, and open your eyes to new possibilities.
