Over the past thirty plus years, I have served in multiple roles in gifted education. I have been a resource teacher of the gifted, local district coordinator, State Department of Education Specialist for Gifted Programs in Va (5 years); grant coordinator for research & demonstration grant at the College of William & Mary; college professor & author. Now serving a the third year of a three year term on the Board of Directors for the National Association for Gifted Children. Sought out expert in Diversity & Gifted Education. Providing professional development for school districts across the nation, South Africa & the Caribbean. Hold two degrees (Master’s & Doctorate) in Gifted Education from the College of William & Mary in Virginia.
