Jenni is the co-founder and Executive Director of PALS Programs, a non-profit organization that designs immersive camp and weekend experiences for young adults with Down syndrome and their peers. She is a graduate of Princeton University, with a degree in psychology and elementary education. Before working for PALS, she worked as the Education Resource Manager for Special Olympics International. She also does occasional consulting work for various disability organizations. Most importantly, Jenni is a sibling to Jason Newbury, a self-advocate with Down syndrome.
