As the President of EverNext HR, Dean Watters encompasses over 20 years’ experience in business solutions, outsourcing and the insurance industry. Dean gained his extensive experience while working for various Fortune 500 companies such as ADP, AIG and Patriot National. As a business owner himself, Dean knows the challenges today’s small business owner faces, and has spent years creating solutions for these all-too-common issues. Dean has a BA from University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
