Chuck has been in purchasing for the Original Hooters for years. In this position Chuck has traveled the world in search of quality ingredients for Hooters famous foods. Along the way, Chuck has been introduced to and has experienced first hand numerous dishes that included a variety of hot peppers.

Hooters was started in 1983 when six businessmen, affectionately known as the "Hooters Six", opened the first Hooters restaurant in Clearwater, Florida. 27 years later, Hooters is an international phenomenon with over 500 restaurants in 27 countries including Las Vegas, and is known the world over for really great food, of course the Hooter Girls, car racing, Hooters famous food in your grocers freezer, and our support of charities including the fight against breast cancer.
