I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 30 years of experience working with kids with challenging behaviors and their families. For 27 years, I worked as a school social worker in a local district with some of the most challenging students. I maintained a part-time private practice during this time and retired from the schools one year ago. I now work solely in my private practice providing services to children, adolescents and families. I am a Certified Trainer for Think:Kids, the program at Mass General Hospital that created Collaborative Problem Solving and have been using the approach for 10 years. In my LLC (Collaborative Consultation & Counseling), I offer staff training and coaching in the CPS model to schools, treatment programs and other mental health professionals as well as teach the model to parents.
